Q: Is there a setup fee?

A: No, no setup fee or monthly fee.

Q: How do I setup an account?

A: Fill out the account setup form and one of our account services representative will be in contact with you within 48 hours.

Q: How do you know how I want my files to look?

A: We collect information form you using a standard profile PDF document. We ask you to send us 10 before and after files that have been retouched exactly the   way you like them.  We then create you a profile in house based on the PDF and     the images you submit, and then we can begin retouching your images.

Q: Is there a minimum number of files I need to send each month?

A: No, send as little as you want.  The only exception we have due to workflow, we will only accept 250 files per day per studio.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: For basic retouching we guarantee 48 hours, for any other work such as Braces, object changes, or subject removals, the work will be completed between 2 and 7 days.

Q: Where are the images retouched?

A: All images are retouched in our Massachusetts office.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: Our customer service is open 9 am to 4 pm est.

Q: How do I check the status of my orders?

A: Click on the Order Status link at the upper right hand side of the page.

Q: What do I do if I have special instructions for my files?

A: Enclose a text file with your FTP order when you upload them.

Q: When do I get billed?

A: Every week we bill the credit card you have placed on file with us.

Q: Do you offer any price breaks for large quantities of files?

A: Yes, If you can guarantee 10,000+ files per year, we offer a 25-50% price reduction.

Q: Do you keep a copy of our files?

A: Yes, we keep a before and after for 10 years.
